Reliability of service and quality. We work to high KPI’s on quality and service levels; as an example a minimum of 95% of stock is kept in stock at all times but we generally run to 97-98%!
Targeted approach - Finding a retailer and working with them in an area. Our philosophy is to work closely with retailers and not at a distance, so we are important to them and visa versa.
